2014 COMMUNICATIONS WEEK

The current and future state of the public relations and media industries was the focus of the inaugural Communications Weeka first-ever collective of 14 professional development and networking events held over five days in locations around New York City and online. Led by high profile communications professionals from the area’s leading agencies and corporations, the professional development sessions explored a range of issues facing the public relation and media industries today.  The week's central focus was "Media Disruption" and how communications professionals can stay ahead of the evolving definition of media, cross-departmental collaboration, social media ownership, earned vs. paid media, content creation, and future disruptions.

About the 2014 Event
The TAGS Group was invited by Communications Week founder, Tiffany Guarnaccia (Kite Hill PR), to join the event management team and assist with brand strategy and implementation; content development and messaging; sponsor and vendor coordination; as well as the planning/execution of several of the week's social events.
