Online: Bloomberg Connects

Making art more accessible, engaging, and human.

As part of our ongoing communications and audience engagement work with the Neuberger Museum of Art, we helped shape the Museum’s presence on Bloomberg Connects, the free digital arts and culture platform used by museums and cultural institutions around the world.

The project involved far more than simply uploading information into an app. Working closely with Museum leadership, curatorial staff, and educators, we helped develop audience-facing content that translated complex ideas into language that felt clear, welcoming, and engaging for a broad public audience.

The guide included exhibition interpretation, collection highlights, audio tour scripts, visitor-facing introductions, institutional storytelling, and content designed to support both first-time visitors and longtime Museum supporters. Throughout the process, we focused on helping the Museum maintain its academic integrity while creating a more accessible and emotionally connected visitor experience.

Digital Storytelling

Helping shape audience-facing narratives that balanced scholarship, clarity, and warmth across exhibitions, tours, and interpretive content.

Audience Accessibility

Creating content designed to welcome broad audiences into conversations around modern and contemporary art without oversimplifying the ideas behind the work.

Institutional Voice

Working closely with Museum leadership and staff to ensure the platform reflected the Neuberger’s identity as a teaching museum committed to curiosity, exploration, and public engagement.

Visitor Experience

Extending the Museum experience beyond gallery walls through mobile content that encouraged deeper exploration, learning, and connection.
