2026 Auxiliary of Lenox Hill Hospital Benefit

Raising the Stakes for Care

The Auxiliary of Lenox Hill Hospital
Annual Benefit

For this year’s Auxiliary of Lenox Hill Hospital benefit, the vision was to reimagine the organization’s signature fundraising event as a glamorous, high-energy night at the casino that felt as social and exciting as it was philanthropic.

Raising the Stakes for Care transformed Tavern on the Green into an immersive experience filled with music, movement, and theatrical surprise. Guests arrived to a James Bond-inspired welcome before being greeted inside by a glamorous feathered casino hostess offering playful “funny money” for the gaming tables.

A custom Rat Pack-inspired soundtrack underscored the experience as guests moved between casino gaming, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, silent auction displays, and social spaces designed to encourage conversation and celebration. Throughout the evening, guests participated in multiple fundraising experiences, including silent and live auctions led by New York Times-recognized auctioneer Phyllis Kao, along with a paddle raise supporting patient care and medical programs.

But beneath the spectacle was a deeper purpose: Positioning the Auxiliary for a new generation of engagement and visibility.

Because meaningful fundraising doesn’t always begin with a pledge card.

Sometimes it begins with a room people genuinely want to be in.
